Yeppers, you can have your cinnamon roll and eat it, too!!

    I am so excited about sharing this powerhouse superfood shake with you for several reasons. One, this amazing shake has one of my favorite healthy proteins, peanut butter. Another reason, it tastes just like an amazing dessert: Cinnamon Roll. It is also super fast, making it convenient to get what my body craves to operate at an optimal level. Lastly, beginning my day by fueling myself with the necessary nutrients for my body to make me feel absolutely fantastic!

    The Cinnamon Roll Shake is so delicious to me for all of those reasons and more. These recipes use, what I consider the game changer in my heath and energy, Shakeology. However, Shakeology is not required. You may use any protein power that you choose. That being said, I must admit, there is no way that I would be feeling better in my late 40’s than ever in my life without the power of Shakeology.

    Aside from the 72 nutrients in Shakeology, you get my all time favorite peanut butter! Let’s Make this delicious Cinnamon Roll together:

 

Ingredients

1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology

1  C Ice

1 C Milk

½ C Water

2 Tsp Cinnamon

1 Tsp Natural Peanut Butter

1 Tsp Vanilla

1 Tsp Honey

Combine all these ingredients in

your blender and mix according

to blender’s instructions

and desired texture.
