I recently polled my Facebook friends to ask what types of posts they wanted to see on my new blog, and the overwhelming majority asked for ab exercises and demos. So, here you have it – a video targeting those troublesome (to some!) lower abs. I demo 5 exercises and also give modifications so if you have any back problems or limitations, modify however you need.
Also – remember that abs were made in the KITCHEN – so it’s important to emphasize your nutrition also needs to be on point. I’ll be posting soon about the easy-to-follow eating plan I use, which allows me to eat 5-6 times a day so I’m never hungry or deprived.
