Happy Halloween (almost!) Can you believe the holiday season is upon us? With all of the holiday gatherings and food temptations upcoming, it’s even more important to stay on track with a healthy eating/nutrition plan that will ALLOW treats (in moderation) balanced with clean eating.
I also make it a priority and schedule it on my phone calendar every day. And when life happens and I miss my workout at its scheduled time – I still make it a priority to get it DONE!
Here’s one of my FAVORITE ab workouts. Add it on to your workout tomorrow and you’ll feel the burn not only in your abs but your arms too. Remember – working out doesn’t have to be a chore. It’s time just for YOU each day – so, get it done!
