Who loves the Banana Split?
I grew up at the Dairy Queen, so it was something I could have as often as I wanted!! I was determined to figure out how to make the famous Banana Split in a healthy way!
So, how did I “healthify” the Banana Split? With my favorite Shakeology shake. I am so excited about sharing this powerhouse superfood smoothie with you for several reasons. 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 Cup Ice
I Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
½ Cup Water
½ Frozen Banana
¼ Cup Pineapple
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Combine all these ingredients in
your blender and mix according
to blender’s instructions
and desired texture.
