I feel so honored that I was asked to speak to an amazing group of Christian women recently and I had to share it with all of you.
I wanted to share about how I got the vision for writing my book.
Singleness was a big part of my life for what seemed like a lifetime. But, there is hope, my Christian Singles! It may have taken God a long time to bring my Prince Charming, but he was so so so worth it. I want to make sure my single ladies out there DO NOT SETTLE! You may think your boyfriend is “pretty good”, maybe he says he loves God, maybe he’s a good guy and treats you well. BUT, you will know if God truly brought this man to you. If you really want a God-blessed marriage, you must find a man who is sold out completely to the Lord, not just occasionally going to church or treating you well, but he LOVES the Lord first and foremost and his life reflects that. I cannot stress this enough. Believe me, I know….I made all of the excuses for the men I was dating.
How can God bring you Mr. Right if you keep holding onto Mr. Wrong?????
But this video is not just about singleness, it’s about going after your dreams, your passions and any “vision” God has put on your heart. Don’t keep on waiting for that perfect time because that may never come. God will guide you every step of the way, IF you put your trust in Him.
