Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites

I was craving some chocolate and pb last night, something awful.   Those of you that know me, know how much I love my chocolate and pb???

So, look what I whipped up….

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites

– 1/3 cup all-natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
– 1/3 cup quick-cook oatmeal
– 1/8 cup raw honey
– 1 scoop (or packet) Chocolate Shakeology – I used Vegan Chocolate, my absolute fave!! (or protein powder)

Directions:  Combine ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Roll into balls (about a heaping teaspoon each).    Put in the freezer.

OPTIONAL: Roll in crushed nuts, unsweetened coconut flakes or a 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or powdered PB; be creative!
