Do you guys ADORE Chocolate as much as I do???
It has been my goal to come up with healthy ways to enjoy sweets because I just love them so much.
These brownies do not disappoint!! Such a yummy dark chocolate taste from the cocoa. Do enjoy and let me know how you like them.
Chocolate Sweet Potato Brownies
- 1 C Sweet Potato (baked with skin removed)
- 1/2 C Nut Butter
- 2 Tb Real Maple Syrup
- 1/4 C Unsweetened Cocoa
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients using a blender, food processor or even by hand. Just make sure it’s blended really well.
- Add to a 6×6 inch pan or double it to fit into a larger pan. Coat that pan with cooking spray before adding the brownie batter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies, comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool completely before frosting or cutting into squares. You can use any kind of frosting you like. These were just a mixture of melted coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa and unsweetened coconut flakes sprinkled on top.
